The Oahu Soil and Water Conservation Districts
The Soil and Water Conservation Districts on the island of Oahu serve all of Honolulu County. Farmers within this county are eligible to apply as program cooperators, at no cost, with benefits including conservation planning services, technical assistance, and access other farming resources.
Our mission is to coordinate and facilitate partners and governmental agencies in identifying and implementing projects and practices with cultural sensitivity to assure the protection of Hawaii’s environment.
